Stop wearing stripes.Lower Stripe fees for merchants processing $10M+ a year

71P: save up to 71% on credit card fees.

Your payment processor shouldn't take a cut of your freedom. If you process $10M or more a year on Stripe, you're likely paying a flat rate built for small businesses. We analyze your Stripe statements, negotiate transparent interchange-plus pricing with a licensed processor, and manage the switch, typically cutting total processing fees by at least 30%, and by up to 71%.

Savings are measured on total processing fees, never on volume or revenue. What the figure means

What a lower effective rate is worth

Your fees are a sentence. Appeal it.

At $10M a year, decimals turn into salaries. Every tenth of a percentage point on your effective rate is real money, every year.

Your effective rate is total processing fees divided by total card volume over the same period. It captures every per-transaction fee, surcharge and add-on in one number, which makes it the only fair way to compare Stripe with anything else.

What each difference in effective rate costs per year
Annual card volume0.10 pt0.25 pt0.50 pt0.71 pt
$10,000,000$10,000$25,000$50,000$71,000
$25,000,000$25,000$62,500$125,000$177,500
$50,000,000$50,000$125,000$250,000$355,000
$100,000,000$100,000$250,000$500,000$710,000

Plain arithmetic: volume × rate difference. No assumptions about your pricing.

Estimate based on average numbers, not a quote. We price your volume at interchange-plus: an average 1.80% interchange plus our 0.30% markup (2.10% all-in). Your real interchange depends on card mix, average ticket and international share. Reach out for a precise estimate.

Why high-volume merchants overpay on Stripe

Built for small. Priced for small.

Stripe's standard pricing is a flat, blended rate: 2.9% + 30¢ per online card charge in the US (Stripe's published pricing as of October 2026). It is simple and fair for a startup. At $10M+ a year it becomes expensive, for four reasons.

The blend hides the markup. A debit card can cost the processor well under 1% in interchange, a premium rewards card over 2%. You pay the same 2.9% for both, and the difference stays with the processor.

Surcharges stack. International cards add 1.5%, currency conversion adds 1%, and the 30¢ per charge weighs heavily on smaller tickets.

Add-ons are priced on volume. Stripe Billing, Radar for Fraud Teams and Stripe Tax all charge per transaction or per dollar, so they grow with you.

Nobody calls you. Custom pricing exists, but you usually have to ask for it, and without a competing quote there is little to anchor the conversation.

How interchange-plus pricing compares with a flat rate

Interchange
Paid to the bank that issued the card. Set by the card networks and the same whichever processor you use. Varies by card type: debit, standard credit, premium rewards, corporate, international.
Network fees
Paid to Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for using their networks. Also the same for everyone.
Markup
What the processor keeps. This is the only part that can be negotiated, and the part a flat blended rate hides.

Segment widths are illustrative. The real split depends on your card mix.

Stripe fee questions

Questions from the yard.

How are savings calculated?

We add up every fee on your Stripe statements for a period and divide by your card volume for the same period. That gives your effective rate. Then we price the same volume and card mix under the proposed pricing. The difference is your saving. The calculator on this site is a quick illustration; the analysis uses your real statements.

What does the 30% savings figure mean?

It is a reduction in your total processing fees compared with what you pay Stripe today. On $750,000 a year in fees, 30% is $225,000. It is not 30% of your card volume or your revenue.

Your own figure depends on your card mix, average ticket size and the pricing we can secure for your volume. The free analysis gives you the exact number before you commit to anything.

What happens to stored cards, integrations and recurring payments?

Stored card data can be migrated from Stripe to the new processor. The transfer happens directly between the two PCI-compliant providers, so card numbers never pass through us. Recurring payments and integrations are mapped in the switch plan before anything moves, so subscriptions keep billing on schedule.

Who provides processing and support?

A licensed processing partner runs the processing and settles funds to your bank account. We are your named contact for pricing, the switch and anything that needs escalating.

What volume do I need?

Our analysis is built for merchants processing $10M or more a year in card payments. Below that, the biggest win is usually negotiating with Stripe directly or trimming surcharges and add-ons. Our guide on how to negotiate Stripe fees walks through it.
